We are a Christian community in Viana do Castelo, planted in 2018 as Surf Church Viana, supported by Surf Church Porto. We are a family that loves, follows and worships Jesus, where everyone is welcome. We study the Bible together, share meals, worship together and know that everything has a different color when we open our heart to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

A Casa Viana is a Christian non denominational community of disciples of Jesus Christ.
We believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour and that He is the only way to have a personal relationship with God the Father.
We believe that through a personal relationship with Jesus and belief in what He did on the cross do we find forgiveness from sin, friendship with God and freedom in our souls.
We believe that Jesus resurrected from the death by the power of the Holy Spirit, rose to heaven and is with God the Father, interceding for us.
We believe in the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity, that seals and indwells those who believe in Jesus Christ, empowering them to do what Jesus taught. Week by week, we teach the truths displayed in the Bible, hoping to teach new people to teach these truths to other people (2 Timothy 2:2)
We try to live out what the Bible teaches. Jesus said (John 14:12 and 21) “ Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father... Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”
All races, creeds, orientations and ages are more than welcome to join our community. However, we are very clear that we believe in Jesus the Christ as our Lord and Savior and encourage everyone to personally know the great teacher and Saviour of our souls, the Lord Jesus Christ.
